The products we carry are drop-shipped items. Due to the nature of this service, each item is specially made upon receiving your order at the factory closest to your delivery address. This process may take some time before delivery. By avoiding mass production and only manufacturing what is needed, we help prevent overproduction.
Please note that product photos are for illustrative purposes only and the actual colors and textures may differ slightly. We do not accept returns or refunds due to customer preferences. Please make sure to check sizes and color variations before proceeding with your purchase.
How to Purchase Products
1.Please select the size and color on each product page, then click “Add to Cart.”
2.Once you’ve finished selecting items, click the cart button at the top right or the “View Cart” button that appears after adding an item.
3.Verify the total amount, quantity, size, and color, and confirm the shipping cost.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees vary based on the type and quantity of products ordered and the shipping region. You can check the shipping cost by adding items to your cart and entering your location, then clicking the “Update” button.
For products with multiple production locations, they will be shipped from the nearest factory. If items can be bundled, shipping costs may be discounted.
※ Depending on the shipping method, multiple shipping options may be proposed.
4.After confirmation, proceed to checkout and fill in the required information on the payment page.
Payment Methods
Please ensure that your desired shipping option is selected, and proceed with the payment using either a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX) or PayPal.
Shipping
All products are shipped from the production facility. Orders are typically shipped within 5 to 20 business days after processing (varies by product and shipping region).
Purchasing for Gift Purposes
Please enter the recipient’s information in the shipping address and your own information in the billing address. The order confirmation email will include the purchase amount, so please register your own email address as the contact. A tracking number will be sent via email when the item is shipped, which you can then provide to the recipient(Below the Track Your Order button).
Post-Delivery Confirmation
Upon receiving your package, please check the following:
- Ensure the contents match your order.
- Confirm there are no physical defects or damages incurred during transit.
- In the unlikely event that you find any damage or defects, please read our Refund and Exchange Policy and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Issuance of Receipts
We apologize, but we do not issue receipts. Please use the statement from your credit card company or the transaction details from PayPal.
For Customers Purchasing Clothing
Recommended Washing Instructions - Use a laundry net and turn the garment inside out. Set the washing machine to a gentle or delicate cycle to prevent wear and tear.
- Hand washing is highly recommended.
- Avoid using a dryer. Instead, after a short spin cycle, allow the garment to air dry indoors, away from direct sunlight.
To Our Dishware Customers - Please gently wash with dish soap and a soft sponge before use.
- If using a dishwasher, please ensure that the product is dishwasher-safe.
